SCIPP is a partnership of voluntary and community sector infrastructure organisations from across the county. SCIPP is the Somerset ChangeUp Consortium, one of 12 sub-regional consortia in the South West region.

SCIPP is the working name for Somerset Voluntary Sector Network which is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee.
