Infrastructure
The physical facilities, structures, systems, relationships, people, knowledge and skills that exist to support development, co-ordination, representation and promote frontline organisations.
Capacitybuilders
A non-departmental public body set up in 2006 to take over the management of the ChangeUp programme and to work with other funders to build the capacity of the Third Sector.
ChangeUp
A programme of capacity building from 2004 – 2014 for the voluntary and community sector infrastructure. The aim of ChangeUp investment is to modernise infrastructure provision in order to improve its sustainability quality and reach.
