Charity Commission has produced a survival guide “The Big Board Talk” covering strategy, financial health, governance and the use of resources. “Managing in Tough Times” a guide commissioned by the Bristol and West of England ChangeUp Consortia. The guide covers key issues for VCS organisations during periods of financial insecurity. It offers a framework for identifying and assessing risks and guidance on how an organisation can manage and adjust to change.
